Q We are in the process of looking for land to build
our home. How do we select the right neighbourhood?

A Numerous factors determine what a neighbourhoods is
like, natural features like woods and hills, the style of existing
construction, the recreation facilities. How the individual homes as well as
the community are maintained has an effect too. The neighbourhood will
have just as much effect on the future re-sale value of your home as the
architectural style or the particular house design that you choose. Drive
around to find the neighbourhood that is right for you, your budget, and
your particular design.
