‘‘New Roof"

Q The roof in our house is quite old, its leaks in several
places. My husband spends most weekends on top fixing
it, when it rain the leaks does not stop it just moves elsewhere.
I suggested we should install a new roof, but we are concerned
about the costs, how do we choose a new roof and what would
be the cost?

A Weekends should be better spent. I agree, a new roof looks like
your best option. The cost to buy and install a new roof depends
on the type of material used and the standard of workmanship. Basic zinc
galvanized sheeting cost less than good quality roof sheeting like
Galvalume or Aluminium.
